• Violate the advertising policies or terms of Meta, WhatsApp, Shopify, or other connected services.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any marketing campaign, ad, message, or budget spend before publishing or distributing it.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Kaptureflo uses artificial intelligence to assist you in generating marketing materials and ideas. AI-generated outputs can sometimes contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated facts.

You must independently review and verify all generated outputs before publishing, printing, or spending ad money on them.

In our user interface, we clearly distinguish between AI-estimated projections and live data reports. AI estimates are suggestions and not guaranteed performance metrics.

6. Credits and Plans

Certain features and tools consume platform credits per run. Current credit costs and subscription plan rates are shown directly in the application.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees and taxes.
